Our Solvent Recovery System is an environmentally-friendly and economically volatile organic compounds treatment system for recovering solvent generated during for desorption by a saturated steam. the VOC elimination efficiency is more than 99%. We can also provide process studies and complete process design engineering packages. Solvent laden air (SLA) from the manufacturing process is routed (by Owner) to the inlet of the Carbon Adsorption System. In the carbon adsorption system, the Methylene Chloride is adsorbed onto activated carbon and treated air is exhausted to the atmosphere. Steam regeneration of a saturated absorber produces a mixture of steam and solvent vapors.

Description of Product

TW-SRS is an environmentally-friendly and economic VOC treatment system for recovering solvent generated during the desorption by repeating the adsorption and desorption cycle of solvent generated during the production process, based on the technology of Calgon Carbon company in U.S.

Structure of Product

It sequentially carries out processes of adsorbing, steaming, dry/cooling and standing-by. 2 beds of 3 beds carry out the adsorbing process, and 1 bed carries out the regeneration process. Solvent desorbed during the regeneration process is condensed in a condenser, separated from water by a decanter, and reused.
